Abstract
U ovom radu proveden je postupak konstruiranja automobilske prikolice s mogućnošću podizanja i spuštanja čamca. Na početku rada, ukratko su predstavljene postojeće izvedbe automobilskih prikolica, dok se u nastavku, metodičkim postupcima konstruiranja, kreće u razradu danog zadatka. Preliminarno su izrađena četiri koncepcijska rješenja od kojih se tehničkim vrednovanjem odabire najpovoljnije. Nadalje, pristupa se detaljnom opisu odabranog koncepcijskog rješenja, izradi proračuna osnovnih dijelova konstrukcije te odabiru dodatnih elemenata prikolice. Paralelno s izradom proračuna, vrši se izrada 3D računalnog modela konstrukcije i pripadajuće tehničke dokumentacije. U drugom dijelu rada, pristupa se izradi numeričke analize metodom konačnih elemenata, za konstrukciju prikolice u cjelini te za pojedine konstrukcijske elemente. Dobivenim rezultatima numeričke analize daje se uvid u stanje naprezanja i deformacija prikolice.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the procedure for design of a boat trailer with lifting and lowering capabilities has been carried out. Before the methodical design process, for given task was started, there has been given brief overview of the existing car trailer solutions. Afterwards, four conceptual solutions were preliminary made and the best was chosen by technical valuation. Furthermore, detailed description and calculation of basic structural elements of selected concept was made, as well as, selecting aditional trailer parts. Paralell to the calculations, a 3D computer model of structure and related technical documentation were produced. Moreover, a numerical analysis was made using the Finite Element Method, for some characteristic construction elements, as for trailer construction in general. Finaly, numerical analysis results provide insight into the stresses and strains of given trailer construction.
