Abstract
Smisao ovog završnog rada je pronalaženje optimalnog rješenja za vrlo složen problem sustava ovjesa vozila visoke mase. Kao ogledni primjerak uzeti su tenkovi i ostali tipovi oklopnih gusjeničara te se na njima temeljio cjelokupni proračun obzirom da su početne vrijednosti mase i broja kotača najsličniji upravo njima. Nakon utvrđivanja razvoja sustava ovjesa kroz povijest, napravljen je proračun za paralelno vezane torzijske štapove. Svaki kotač ima svoj par paralelno vezanih torzijskih štapova koji, osim zadovoljavanja kriterija čvrstoće, moraju zadovoljiti i druge parametre kao što su kut uvijanja i troškovi materijala. Nakon proračuna štapa, proračunato je i rame ovjesa te je odabran ležaj koji može podnijeti zadana opterećenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the determination of finding the optimal structural solution for a complex problem of suspension of heavy vehicles. The calculation was carried out for tracked vehicles, such as tanks, as the mass and number of wheels very closely resemble them. After the historical advance of suspension systems has been explained, the paper moves to the calculation of torsion bars linked in parallel. Every wheel has a pair of their own double torsion bars, which not only has to withstand the solidity conditions, but have to take into account other parameters such as angle of twist and material expenses. After the calculation of torsion bars is complete, the swing arm is calculated too along with the selection of bearings capable of withstanding such high loads.
