Abstract
Završni rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela u kojem je dat pregled nastanka i razvoja alatnih strojeva s naglaskom na CAM programiranje primjenom Mastercam-a. U praktičnom dijelu je definiran tehnološki proces za proizvodnju konkretnog dijela prema danom nacrtu. U radu je detaljno opisan način konstruiranja modela, definiranje operacija, alata i parametara obrade. Rad sadrži i detaljan opis procesa pripreme obradnog centra Hermle C250, pripreme i umjeravanja alata te pozicioniranje stezne naprave za izradu konkretnog dijela.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis consists of a theoretical part which gives an overview of the development of machine tools with emphasis on CAM programming using Mastercam. In the practical part, a technological process for the production of a specific part according to the given draft is defined. The thesis describes in detail the method of designing the model, defining the operation list, cutting tools and machining parameters. The thesis includes a detailed description of work preparation of the machining center Hermle C250, setup tool preseting and positioning of the clamping device for producing the part.
