Abstract
U ovom radu će biti opisano koji sve sustavi mreže cjevovodnih sustava mogu biti kao i koji su najkritičniji. Također će se reći i koji su načini unosa onečišćenja u sustav. Osim toga reći će se i o modeliranju mreže pomoću Hardy Cross metode, metoda koja računa protoke unutar sustava. Prvo ćemo objasniti cijelu metode te izračunati dva zadatka ručno, a potom ćemo koristiti softver zvan Fathom, da pokažemo koliko je lakše, jednostavnije i brže izračunati preko njega nego ručno. Bit će opisano i miješanje u cijevnim mrežama, koje sve načine imamo, koji su najzastupljeniji načini povezivanja u industriji i distribucijskoj vodovodnoj mreži. Sukladno tamo izvesti ćemo postupak u laboratoriju dvostrukog T-spoja za različite udaljenosti spojeva i različite odnose ulaznih protoka kako bi pokazali kada dolazi do potpunog miješanja. Isto tako opravdat ćemo da je dvostruki T-spoj mnogostruko zastupljeniji način povezivanja u realnoj upotrebi, te ćemo simulirati način miješanja „dvije faze“ u dvostrukom T-spoju.
Abstract (english)
In this paper it will be described which pipe network system do we have and which of them is the most critical. Also, it will be said which way of polluting in system do we have. Beside that we will be talking about modelling network by Hardy Cross method, the method which calculate flow inside of the system. First the method will be explained then we will calculate two examples by hand and then it will be used program called Fathom, to show how much simpler, easier and faster is to calculate with Fathom. It will be described mixing in piping networks, which way we have, which of them is most common in industrial and distributing water supply network. According to that it will be shown experiment inside the lab for Double T-junction for different distance junction and different ratio inside flow, so we can tell when do we have complete mixing. Also, it will be justified that double T-junction is most present way of connecting in real use, and it will be simulated way of mixing for “double phase” in double T-junction.
