Abstract
Analizirana je Si fotodioda kao senzor svjetlosti i multipleksor/demultipleksor pobuđena sa svjetlom RGB LED. Na temelju izmjerenih strujno-naponskih karakteristika LED i fotodiode odabrana je radna točka za svaku boju emitirane svjetlosti. Izmjeren je odziv fotodiode na pulsirajuću svjetlost osnovnih monokromatskih boja i njihovih kombinacija sa svrhom multipleksiranja signala. Dobiveni signal je demultipleksiran pomoću komparatora i upotrijebljen za upravljanje daljnjim sklopom. Rad prototipa senzora ispitan je na modelu i računalnom simulacijom rada sklopa. Prototip senzora je ispitan i na primjeru mjerenja otpornosti poluvodiča s Van der Pauw-ove metodom.
Abstract (english)
Si photodiode as a light sensor and multiplexor/demultiplexor activated with a light emitting diode RGB LED is analyzed. Based on the LED and photodiode measured current-voltage characteristics the operating point for each emitted light color is choose. The photodiode transient response on the basic monochromatic light pulses are measured and their combination with aim of signal multiplexing. Obtained signal is demultiplexed with comparators and used to control the next step devices. The prototype is tested on the model and computer simulation. The sensor prototype is implemented on the Van der Pauw method measurement of semiconductor resistivity.
