Abstract
Glavni dio zadatka je konstrukcija trostupanjskog reduktora, horizontalnog tipa za primjenu u industriji te odabir optimalnog sustava za hlađenje. Sva tri stupnja izvedena su sa kosim ozubljenjem zupčanika jednakog kuta nagiba. Materijal Č4320 koristiti se za izradu zupčanika i vratila. Zbog velikih dimenzija, za gonjene zupčanike određeno je da se izrade posebno te pričvrste pomoću uložnih pera na vratila, dok je za pogonske zupčanike određeno da će se izraditi zajedno sa vratilom (iz istog komada). Kovanje u ukovnju glavna je obrada zupčanika i vratila nakon koje dijelovi strojno obrađuju prema potrebi. Za podmazivanje zupčanika i ležajeva proveden je toplinski proračun na osnovu kojeg se odabrao sistem koji ujedno služi i za hlađenje ulja. Provedena je kontrola čvrstoće i krutosti konstruiranih vratila nakon kojega su se odabrali ležajevi koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve minimalnog vijeka trajanja.
Abstract (english)
The main part of the task is the design of three stage reduction gear, horizontal type for industrial application and the selection of an optimal cooling system. All three stages were made with the helical gears using the same helix angle. Material Č4320 is used for making gears and shafts. Because of its large dimensions, the wheel gears are designed to be separately made and fastened with keys to the shaft, while the pinion gears will be made together with the shaft in one piece. The gears and shafts will be forged, and then machined where necessary. A heat calculation was performed, based on which the lubrication system is also used for oil cooling. The rigidity and stiffness of the shafts were calculated and the bearings verified to meet minimum life requirements.
