Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je projektiranje četverostupanjskog reduktora horizontalnog tipa sa uparenim zupčanicima prvog i trećeg stupnja. Prvi korak bio je izračun prijenosnih omjera za sve stupnjeve, nakon toga su izračunati svi ulazni parametri. Sljedeći korak bio je izrada projektnog proračuna za sve stupnjeve u kojem su usvojeni standardni razmaci osi i broj zuba na pogonskom i gonjenom zupčaniku. Svi podatci su zatim ubačeni u program “Gearpac“ nakon čega je uslijedila izrada kontrolnog proračunate te su svi rezultati uspoređeni s onima u Gearpacu i utvrđena je njihova ispravnost. Iz kataloga firme „SKF“ odabrani su odgovarajući ležajevi. Na kraju je uslijedila izrada radioničkih nacrta za svih 5 vratila, i zupčanike koji se navlače na vratila, te sklopni nacrt svih dijelova reduktora i njegovog kućišta.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to design a four-stage reduction gear with paired first and third stage gears. The first step was the calculation of gear ratios for all stages, after which all input parameters were calculated. The next step was to calculate gear parameters for all stages where the standard axle spacing and the number of teeth on the drive and spur gear were adopted. All the data was then input to the "Gearpac" program followed by loading capacity calculation and all the results were compared to those in the “Gearpac” and their accuracy was established. The corresponding bearings were selected from the catalog of "SKF". Finally, manufacturing drawings were made for all 5 shafts and shaft gears, and a sketch of all the parts of the gear unit and its housing.
