Abstract
U ovome radu projektiran je pločasti transporter za potrebe transporta ručne prtljage u zračnim lukama. U početku rada napravljena je teorijska podloga za čitanje koja uključuje opću podjelu transportera i definiranje osnovnih značajki svakoga. Dalje se jasnije definirao pločasto-člankasti transporter. Navedene su uobičajene izvedbe i primjene u praksi. Nakon toga definirao se zadatak i razradio koncept. Središnji dio rada uključuje proračun vučne sile pomoću koje se odredila snaga pogonskog... More sustava, te proračun i dimenzioniranje svih ostalih relevantnih pogonskih i konstrukcijskih dijelova. Svi dijelovi odabrani su prema preporukama proizvođača i uz pomoć stručne literature. Na kraju, izrađen je sklopni nacrt transportera te radionički nacrti svih nestandardnih dijelova. Nacrti su dani u prilogu. Less
Abstract (english)
Subject of this project is design of an endless apron conveyor for the transport of luggage in airports. Innitialy the thesis consists of theoretical background which includes general classification of transport systems and defining main features of each one. Furthermore, slat conveyors were described minutely, defining two different design executions and applications in different industries. Then, the main task was defined and concept was breafly elaborated. Central part of thesis involves... More calculation of the pull force by which the power of the drive system is determined as well as all other relevant drive and construction components. Every construction part was selected according to manufacturer's recommendations and with the help of scientific literature.
