Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad nosi naziv primjena metoda zaštite od korozije u brodogradnji. U njemu je opisan proces korozije te njeni oblici i metode zaštite. Objašnjene su sve metode koje se koriste prilikom zaštite, a posebna pažnja posvećena je zaštiti pomoću premaza. Cilj diplomskog rada bio je prikazati pravilan izbor premaza, adekvatnu pripremu površine te načine apliciranja premaza kako bi zaštita plovnog objekta bila dugotrajnija. Kroz ovaj diplomski rad prikazano je i ispitivanje zaštitnih premaza mjerenjem debljine premaza te njegovih fizikalnih svojstava.
Abstract (english)
The subject name for this final teases is the application of the corrosion protection in shipbuilding industry. Throughout the teases it is described at large the process of corrosion creation, it's forms and protection methods. It is explained as well, all methods that are used for material protection and biggest attention was on coating protection. The main purpose of this final thesis was to show the right choice for coating, depending on the material, adequate surface preparation and the right way of applying those coatings to expand the lifetime of the ship. Also, it is covered examination of coating by measuring it's thickness on the surface and it's physical performances.
