Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada bila je izrada projekta tehnološkog procesa tijela nosača rasprskača u količini od 8000 komada. Na samom početku rada potrebno je bilo napraviti tehnološku analizu izradka, gdje su se definirali oblik, materijal, dozvoljena odstupanja te kvaliteta obrade. Zatim je bilo potrebno napraviti analizu procjene vrijednosti izrade, kako bi se odlučilo da li se za ulazni materijal odabire šipka ili otkivak. More ulazni materijal odabire otkivak, sljedeći je korak bio izraditi strukturu odvijanja procesa, sa razradom svih operacija i zahvata, kod čega je bilo potrebno izabrati korištenu proizvodnu opremu, strojeve, alata te naprave. Nakon razrade napravila se tehnološka dokumentacija zadanog procesa izrade. Sljedeće je bilo potrebno izraditi 3D model izradka u programskom paketu SolidWorks, dok je na samom kraju rada bilo potrebno izraditi simulaciju procesa izrade u programskom paketu SolidCAM. Less
Abstract (english)
The subject of this graduate thesis was compose a project of the technological process of injector carrier body in quantity of 8000 pieces. At the beginning it was necessary to make a tehnological analysis of workpiece, where we define form, material, permissible deviations and quality of processing. Then we need to make an analysis of the estimation of the production value, how we can decide whether the input material is selected by rod or forged steel. After calculating that it is... More cheaper to produce if input material will be forged steel, we need to select the production equipment, the machines where the individual operations would be performed, then the technological process had to be elaborated. The elaboration defines the time of making some operations, that is, the time of making every single operation. All the tools that will be used to perform are also defined. After processing, it was necessary to create a technological documentation. After that, we need to make a 3D model of workpiece, and at the end, it was necessary to create a simulation of the processing using software package SolidCAM. Less
