Abstract
U ovome radu opisan je razvoj aksijalnih ventilatora, njihova podjela i osnovne karakteristike. Također, prikazane su karakteristične jednadžbe koje povezuju osnovne veličine aksijalnih ventilatora i opisuju njihovo djelovanje. Za bolje razumijevanje računarske analize opisane su jednadžbe očuvanja i njihova primjena u turbulentnim matematičkim modelima. Razjašnjen je problem graničnog sloja pri strujanju fluida, koji se sastoji od više dijelova različitih karakteristika. Nakon opisa teorije potrebne za razumijevanje problema pripremljen je model aksijalnog ventilatora za analizu. Prilagođena je i dorađena geometrija ventilatora na temelju koje je izrađena strukturirana numerička mreža kojom je diskretizirana domena pripremljena za proračun. U Fluent-u, rješavaču programskog paketa ANSYS, napravljena je računarska analiza provođenjem simulacija. Dobivena je radna karakteristika zadanog aksijalnog ventilatora, koja je uz ostale rezultate prikazana grafički.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the development of axial fans, their division and basic characteristics. Also, presented are characteristic equations that connect basic axial fan sizes and describe their function. Conservation equations and their application in turbulent mathematical models are described for a better understanding of computational analysis. The problem of boundary layer, which consists of several parts of different characteristics, is clarified. After the description of the theory needed to understand the problem, an axial fan model was prepared for analysis. A structured numeric mesh was created after the fan geometry has been adjusted based on which the discrete domain was prepared for the calculation. In Fluent, the ANSYS program solver, a computer analysis was performed by performing simulations. The operating characteristic of the default axial fan was obtained, which is presented graphically along with other results.
