Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađuje se tema zaštite elektroenergetskih postrojenja od malih životinja, ptica i posolice. Navedeni su i opisani primjeri kvarova,te šteta uzrokovani malim životinjama, pticama te posolicom. Opisani su mogući načini zaštite elektroenergetskih postrojenja. Najviše pozornosti je usmjereno na metodu zaštite toploskupljajućim izolacijskim materijalima.Objašnjeni su toploskupljajući materijali, kako nastaju, te njihove karakteristike. Nabrojeni su tipovi izolacijskih elemenata od toploskupljajućih materijala koji se koriste kod zaštite, ovisno o elementu ili dijelu postrojenja koji se štiti. Kroz konkretan primjer sistematski je opisan postupak montaže zaštite od malih životinja na energetskom transformatoru u rasklopnom postrojenju „Rijeka“. Ekonomska opravdanost ulaganja u zaštitu postrojenja objašnjena je kroz prikaz visine nastalih šteta u odnosu na sredstva koja je potrebno uložiti u zaštitu elektroenergetskih postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper deals with the protection of electric power plants from small animals, birds and salt sediment. Examples of malfunctions and damages caused by small animals, birds and salt sediments are given and described. Potential ways to protect power plants are presented. The most attention is directed to the method of protection by heat-shrinkable insulating materials. The characteristics of heat-shrinking materials explained as well as how they are formed. The types of insulation elements of heatshrinkable materials used for protection, depending on the element or part of the plant that needs to be protected are listed. A concrete example is given and the procedure of the protection installation from small animals on the energy transformer at the switchyard ''Rijeka'' is systematically described. The economic justification of investing in plant protection is explained by the height of the damage caused by the funds to be invested in the protection of power plants.
