Abstract
Postupak toplinske obrade jedan je od najrelevantnijih postupaka obrade čelika kojim se postižu raznovrsna mehanička svojstva, a ta svojstva dobivamo zbog promjene mikrostrukture čelika prilikom podvrgavanja zadanim temperaturama određeni vremenski period. Postoje razni postupci toplinske obrade, a jedan od njih je i poboljšavanje čelika koje se sastoji od kaljenja i visokotemperaturnog popuštanja. Tema ovog završnog rada je „Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela SH.19-PT.63“, odnosno poboljšavanje strojnog dijela. Prvi dio rada opisuje općenito postupak toplinske obrade, fazne pretvorbe u čeliku koje se događaju prilikom toplinske obrade te o samom poboljšavanju čelika i vrstama čelika koji pogodni za tu vrstu obrade. Drugi dio, odnosno praktični dio detaljno opisuje sve korake prilikom poboljšavanja strojnog dijela te prikazuje dobivene rezultate.
Abstract (english)
The heat treatment process is one of the most relevant steel treatment processes through which a wide variety of mechanical properties can be attained. The properties are gained due to change in the steel microstructure when steel is subjected to certain temperatures during a certain period of time. One of the heat treatment processes is the steel improvement, which consist of quenching and high-temperature tempering. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is "Heat treatment of the machine part SH.19-PT.63", i.e. improvement of the machine part. The first part of the thesis describes the general procedures of heat treatment, steel phase transformations occurring during heat treatment, the steel improvement process and steel grades suitable for this type of processing. The second part is the practical part, which describes all steps in the machine part heat treatment, as well as the achieved results.
