The course of the final thesis begins with the historical development of gas turbines, describing the principles of the simples gas turbine (turbine without cogeneration, regeneration, and some aditional elements that would increase the utility of single turbines) and the advantges and disadvantages. The introduction is followed by a detailed description of the turbineJEtCAt SPT5 and all its elements necessery for the operation of the same.
