Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je tehnološki proces proizvodnje vratila reduktora prema nacrtu broj: H2000644-2 u količini od 3300 kom/god. Tehnološki proces je jako važan i koristan jer se na temelju njega može utvrditi kolika će biti potrošnja materijala, vremena, novca, itd. Obuhvaćena je tehnološka analiza dijela kao i izbor ulaznog materijala. U razradi tehnološkog procesa bavio sam se strukturiranjem operacija i sa definiranjem svih elemenata operacija koje su mi pomogle utvrditi potrebno vrijeme za određenu obradu. Dotaknuo sam se i izračuna za proizvodnu i ekonomsku brzinu rezanja kod jednog zahvate fine, te jednog zahvata grube obrade. Proces je zadovoljio postavljene zahtjeve, a odabirom CNC obradnog centra za stroj na kojemu će se vršiti obrada, vrijeme potrebno za izradu jednog komada je skoro pa prepolovljeno.
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor thesis the technological process of manufacturing gearbox shaft is shown. This has been done in accordance with the project number: H2000644-2 in the amount of 3300pcs/year. Technological process is very important and useful as that helps to determine the consumption of materials, time, money, etc. Therefore, technological analysis of the input material is also included in the present paper. In the elaboration of technological process emphasis is placed on structuring operations and defining different operation elements that help to determine the time necessary for a particular treatment. Calculations for economic and production speed in one fine and one rough procedure are provided as well. Finally, the process has met the established requirements, and by selecting CNC machine, the time required to produce a single piece is almost halved.
