Abstract
Upravljiva jedinica predstavlja skup elemenata, strojeva i automatiziranih međujedinica koje rade u jednom obliku simbioze, pri kojoj svaki od elemenata je zavistan jedan o drugom. Kako bi se postigla visoka razina automatizacije, potrebno je osim kompleksnih uređaja i mehanizma postići i visoki stupanj autonomije navedenih, što znači kvalitetno senzorički ograničiti i pravilno usmjeriti djelovanje pojedinih jedinica kako bi sustav upravljivanja bio brz, sa minimalnim praznim hodom te s visokim... More stupnjem djelovanja. Najčešće korištena sredstva u ovakvim upravljivim jedinicama su pokretne trake, robotske ruke, mostne dizalice, 6-osna glodala i 3-d printeri te njihove međuveze. Ovim radom uzima se osvrt prema kompletnom postrojenju upravljive jedinice čija se svrha i primjena može koristiti u automobilskoj industriji te u brodogradilištima i remontnim lukama , a zadaće takvih jedinica te sastavne dijelove od kojih se sastoji postrojenje će biti detaljizirani uz prilaganje 3-d modela stvorenim u jedinstvenom programu pod nazivom SolidWORKS. Kako bi sam sustav u 3d- modeling programu funkcionirao, nakon izrade pojedinih dijelove određenog elementa u programu pod sekcijom „Part“ , potrebno je omogućiti da isti ima i međusobna ograničenja u ovisnosti o njegovim drugim dijelovima „Asemmbly, a da se međusobni elementi od kojih je sastavljeno postrojenje to jest sustav može gibati koristimo veze pod nazivom „Mates“ koje nam dozvoljavaju prvotno navedeno. Kroz rad očitovat će se i prednosti i nedostaci takvih sustava te njihova realna uporaba, koristit će se i termint industrijske revolucije, to jest revolucije 4.0 koja predstavlja budućnost proizvodnih postrojenja sa kompletnom automatizacijom i autonomijom. A control unit is a set of elements, machines and automated inter-units that work in a form of symbiosis, with each element dependent on one another. In order to achieve a high level of automation, in addition to complex devices and mechanisms, it is necessary to achieve a high degree of autonomy of the above, which means a quality sensory limitation and proper orientation of the operation of individual units for the control system to be fast, with minimal idling and with a high degree of... More action. The most commonly used means in such control units are conveyor belts, robotic arms, bridge cranes, 6-axis milling machines and 3-D printers and their interconnections. This paper takes a look at a complete plant of a control unit whose purpose and application can be used in the automotive industry, in shipyards and repair ports, and the tasks of such units and the constituent parts of which the plant will be detailed by adapting 3-d models created in a unique program called SolidWORKS. For the system itself to function in the 3d modeling program, after the creation of individual parts of a particular element in the program under the "Part" section, it must be possible for the system to have mutual constraints depending on its other parts "Asemmbly, and for each other elements of which is a assembled plant, that is, the system can move, we use links called "Mates" that allow us to initially specified.
