Abstract
Virtualna privatna mreža (VPN) je proširenje privatne mreže preko odredene javne mreže. Razvijena je kako bi se korisnicima omogućio pristup udaljenim privatnim mrežama. U tu svrhu, VPN protokoli stvaraju sigurni tajni kanal kojim autorizirani korisnici razmjenjuju kriptirane podatke. Najpoznatiji i najkorišteniji VPN protokoli su IPSec i OpenVPN. Protokoli implementiraju dvije osnovne VPN mrežne topologije; Remote-Access i Site-to-Site. Site-to-Site povezuje dvije lokalne mreže, a Remote-Access individualne korisnike s lokalnom mrežom.
Abstract (english)
A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network across a public network. It was developed to allow users to access remote networks. To ensure that, VPN protocols create a secret, encrpyted tunnel through which authorized clients communicate. Protocols implement two basic VPN topologies: Remote-Access and Siteto-Site. Site-to-Site connects two remote local networks. Remote-Access allows individual users to establish connections with a remote computer network.
