Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je projektirati tehnološki proces za proizvodnju kućišta u količini od 45000 komada godišnje. Najprije je potrebno napraviti analizu dijela s konstukcijskog i tehnološkog stajališta kako bi se odredio mogući oblik ulaznog poluproizvoda. Nakog toga potrebno je odabrati najoptimalniji oblik ulaznog poluproizvoda. U ovom slučaju to je odljevak zato što bi glodanje pravokutnog profila dalo previše odvojene čestice. Sljedeći korak je strukturiranje operacija i razrada svake operacije. Razradom svaku operaciju dijelimo na zahvate kako bismo mogli odrediti parametre zahvata i izračunati vrijeme svakog zahvata i operacije na kraju. Zatim slijedi izrada tehnološke dokumentacije, a to je: popis operacija, operacijski list, popis alata i popis strojeva. Na kraju je još potrebno izračunati ekonomsku i produktivnu brzinu rezanja kako bi se uvjerili da su parametri rezanja za pojedini zahvat dobro odabrani.
Abstract (english)
The objective of this work is to design a technological process for the production of 45000 pieces of housings per year. First, it is necessary to analyze the construction of the observed part and conduct the analysis from a technological point of view to determine the possible form of input semi-finished products. It is necessary to select the most optimal form of input semi-finished product. In this case, this is a casting because the milling of the rectangular profile would result in too many leftovers. The next step is to analyze each of the operations used during the housing production. Therefore, each operation is divided into interventions in order to determine the intervention parameters and durations and also the duration of each operation. Furthermore, the technical documentation that consists of a list of operations, operating list, list of tools and list of machines must be defined. The final step is to calculate the economic and productive cutting speeds to ensure the proper selection of cutting parameters for a particular operation.
