Abstract
Ovaj rad obuhvatiti će automobilski proizvod C84_X7094 koji se koristi kod pretvorbe automobila iz osobnog u teretno/dostavno vozilo. Navedeni proizvod smješta se u prtljažnik automobila kako bi podnica automobila mogla podnijeti što veće terete. U prvom dijelu rada će biti opisano napredno planiranje kvalitete proizvoda (APQP). Tvrtke koriste napredno planiranje kvalitete proizvoda kako bi osigurali kvalitetu i učinkovitost te kako bi se potaknulo kontinuirano poboljšanje. Cilj planiranja... More kvalitete proizvoda je olakšati suradnju i komunikaciju između aktivnosti te osigurava da su zahtjevi kupaca razumljivi. Nakon naprednog planiranja kvalitete proizvoda biti će opisan proces odobravanja proizvodnih dijelova (PPAP). To je alat koji služi za uspostavljanje povjerenja u dobavljače i njihove proizvodne procese jer je bitno da su dijelovi kvalitetni te da svaki put zadovoljavaju zahtjeve kupaca. Dobivanje PPAP-a je dokaz da je dobavljač ispunio ili premašio zahtjeve kupca i da je proces sposoban izrađivati kvalitetne dijelove. U trećem dijeli biti će opisana analiza utjecaja i posljedica pogrešaka (FMEA). FMEA metodologija razdvojena je na dvije kategorije, dizajn FMEA i procesna FMEA. FMEA je usmjerena na to da se omogući predviđanje neuspjeha u fazi projektiranja identificiranjem svih mogućih neuspjeha u dizajnu ili proizvodnom procesu. U četvrtom dijelu obraditi će se cjelokupna izrada projekta za proizvod C84_X7094, od zahtjeva kupaca do proizvodnje gotovog proizvoda. Tijekom izrade projekta treba se pregledati sva tehnička dokumentacija i trebaju se utvrditi sve kritične karakteristike proizvoda. Zatim se projekt odobrava od strane tehničkog ureda i izrađuje se ocjena izvodljivosti. Nakon toga se izrađuju dizajn i proces FMEA te tehnička i tehnološka dokumentacija s radnim uputama. I na kraju dolazi prototipna proizvodnja nakon koje kupac potvrđuje kvalitetu proizvoda. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper represents the automobile product C84_X7094 used in the car conversion from a personal car to a delivery/cargo vehicle. This product is placed in the trunk of the car so that the car floor can bear more massive loads. The first part of the paper will describe Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Companies use advanced product quality planning to ensure quality and efficiency and to encourage continuous improvement. The goal of product quality planning is to facilitate... More cooperation and communication between activities and to ensure that customer requirements are understood. After Advanced Product Quality Planning, the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) will be described. It is a tool that serves to build trust in suppliers and their manufacturing processes because it is important that the parts have good quality and satisfy customer requirements every time. Obtaining PPAP is proof that the supplier has realized or exceeded the customer's requirements and that the process is capable of producing quality parts. The third part will describe Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The FMEA methodology is separated into two categories, Design FMEA and Process FMEA. The FMEA is aimed to enable the prediction of failures in the design phase by identifying all possible failures in the design or production process. The fourth part will cover the entire project design for product C84_X7094, from customer requirements to the production of the finished product. During the design of the project, all technical documentation should be reviewed and all critical product characteristics should be identified. The project is then approved by the technical office and a feasibility assessment is made. After that, the design and process FMEA and the technical and technological documentation with working instructions are made.
