Abstract
Tema završnog rada je bila procjena dubine prokaljivanja strojnog dijela MH.19-PP.29. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisane su fazne pretvorbe čelika, TTT dijagrami, pojam kaljenja, razlika između prokaljivosti i zakaljivosti, metode procjene prokaljivosti i metode za mjerenje tvrdoće. U praktičnom dijelu rada opisan je postupak provođenja Jominyjevog pokusa na standardiziranom uzorku, a na temelju rezultata pokusa konstruirana je Jominyjeva krivulja. Pomoću dobivene Jominyjeve krivulje i korištenjem Crafts-Lamontovim dijagramima izradila se tzv. „U – krivulja“ koja predstavlja raspodjelu tvrdoće po poprečnom presjeku strojnog dijela. Analizom rezultata prokaljivosti strojnog dijela MH.19-PP.29 može se zaključiti da je gašenjem strojnog dijela u vodi i u ulju u jezgri postignuta mikrostruktura sa više od 50% martenzita, tj. da je za oba slučaja gašenja strojni dio prokaljen.
Abstract (english)
Topic of this bachelor's thesis was to estimate hardening depth of the machine part MH.19-PP.29. In theoretical part of the thesis, phase transformations of steel, TTT diagrams, concept of hardening, the difference between hardenability, methods of estimating hardenability and methods for measuring hardness are described. The practical part of the thesis describes the procedure for conducting a Jominy experiment on a standardized specimen, and based on the results of the experiment, Jominy curve is constructed. Using the obtained Jominy curve and the Crafts-Lamont diagrams the so-called "U - curve" is made that represents the distribution of hardness by the cross section of the machine part. Analyzing the results of hardenability of machine part MH.19-PP.29, one can conclude that with the quenching of machine part in the water and in the oil the microstructure in the core achieved more than 50% martensite, which means that for both cases of quenching the machine part was hardened.
