Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu, detaljno je prikazani postupak konstruiranja stroja za ljuštenje i odvajanje orašastih plodova, pri čemu su na početku rada opisane pojedine vrste orašastih plodova lješnjaka i oraha. U tom početnom dijelu prikazane su fizičke i mehaničke karakteristike ljuske oraha i lješnjaka, koje su kasnije služile kao ulazni podaci za proračun te dimenzioniranje pojedinih elemenata stroja. Nadalje, prikazana su konstrukcijska rješenja čija je analiza služila za sastavljanje liste zahtjeva. Nakon toga, pristupilo se procesu metodičkog konstruiranja, iz čega su proizašle liste zahtjeva i želja te tri koncepcijske varijante. Postupkom tehničkog vrednovanja, odabrano je koncepcijsko rješenje KK-DRS-II koje je s obzirom na kriterije dobilo najveći broj bodova. Nakon toga, za odabrano koncepcijsko rješenje izrađen je detaljan tehnički opis, pri čemu se zatim pristupa postupku izradi proračuna, dimenzioniranja i odabira svih dijelova konstrukcije. Na temelju dobivenih dimenzija i elemenata konstrukcije izrađuje se 3D model stroja. U posljednjem dijelu rada, izvedena je numerička analiza postolja stroja pomoću metode konačnih elemenata iz koje se na temelju dobivenih rezultata zaključuje, kako je postolje stroja ispravno dimenzionirano s obzirom na kriterij čvrstoće.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis shows the whole process of designing a machine for peeling and separation of nuts in a very detailed way. The first section of this paper presents walnut and hazelnut types of fruits, as well as their physical and mechanical properties. Furthermore, there has been given an overview of the existing nut peeling machines to create a list of requirements. After completion of this step, the process of methodical designing was started, which resulted with a list of requirements and three conceptual variants. In the process of technical evaluation, the conceptual variant number two (KK-DRS-II) was selected, based on the selected criteria and the highest number of points. Subsequently, a detailed technical description is made for the selected conceptual variant, which proceeds to the process of calculation, design and selection of all parts of the given machine. A 3D model was made based on the obtained dimensions and selected parts. In the last section of this paper, a numerical analysis of the machine stand was performed using the finite element method. The results confirmed the validity of the numerical analysis and showed that the stand was designed properly.
