Abstract
Elektrotehnika, kao primijenjena znanost, temelji se na fizikalnom razmatranju prirodnih pojava elektriciteta i magnetizma. Od iznimne važnosti u elektrotehnici su elektromagnetski valovi, pogotovo opis njihovog prostiranja i međudjelovanja s materijom. U radu su objašnjeni osnovni principi elektromagnetizma koji se ujedinjuju u elegantnu jezgrovitu formu Maxwellovih jednadžbi. Maxwellovim jednadžbama mogu se protumačiti elektromagnetski valovi. Opisana su vremenski nepromjenjiva polja (električno i magnetsko), sporo promjenjiva navedena polja i način kako se dolazi do Maxwellovih jednadžbi. Pomoću Maxwellovih jednadžbi opisani su elektromagnetski valovi i u pojednostavljenju usredotočenost je na karakteristike ravnih valova, te je opisana primjena elektromagnetskih valova u elektrotehnici ili drugim područjima tehničke primjene.
Abstract (english)
Electrical engineering, as an applied signicance, is based on the physical consideration of the natural phenomena of electricity and magnetism. Of great importance in electrical engineering are electromagnetic waves, which describe the propagation and interactions with materials. The paper outlines the basic principles of electromagnetism, which unite in the elegant succinct form of Maxwell's equations. Electromagnetic waves can be interpreted by Maxwell's equations. The time-invariant elds (electric and magnetic) are described, slowly changing the eld point and how Maxwell's equations are obtained. Maxwell's equations describe electromagnetic waves and focus in some settings on the characteristics of plane waves, and describe the application of electromagnetic waves in electrical engineering or other important technical applications.
