Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi principom rada stroja za prešanje metalnog otpada (eng. Balling presses) koji nebi bio toliko napredan i izvediv da današnja moderna tehnologija nije zastupljena s programirljivim logičkim kontrolerima (eng.PLC) koji su unaprijedili korisnost stroja, te naravno veću dobit postrojenja. Prvi dio rada je baziran na principu rada stroja gdje je pobliže opisano kako stroj funkcionira, koji su mu bitni elementi za rad, te načini upravljanja. Kako takav stroj nebi funkcionirao bez sustava automatike, nadalje u radu je opisano kako funkcionira programirljivi logički kontroler, na koje načine se može programirati, te vizualizirati unutar HMI sučelja. Na kraju ovog rada opisana je izrada programskog koda za takav stroj, izrada programskog koda simulacije ukoliko nemamo doticaj sa fizičkim strojem, te njegovog HMI sučelja koje je nepohodno za rad operatera i praćenje stroja.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the mechanism and working principles of the balling press. This machine has become greatly deductible and advanced thanks to the presence of Progammable Logic Controllers in today's technology, which have substantially improved machine usefulness and plant profit. The first part of this thesis describes how the machine works; which elements are of importance and how it is controlled. The machine itself wouldn't be functional without automated systems, therefore this thesis will also illustrate the working principles of the Programmable Logic Controller. These working principles include methods of programming and visualisation using the HMI interface. The last part of this thesis describes the process of developing code for the balling press, the process of programming simulations which are necessary when there is no physical contact with the machine and lastly programming the HMI interface, which is indispensable for operator work and monitoring.
