Abstract
Ovim radom opisani su osnovni princip rada i konstrukcija istosmjernog motora s permanentnim (trajnim) magnetima. Navedeni su i objašnjeni materijali permanentnih magneta koji se aktualno koriste kao uzbuda te uz to je objašnjeno koji problem dovodi njihovo unošenje kao načina uzbude (demagnetizacija, gubitak svojstva i dr.) i kako se vrši odabir magneta. Zatim su se razmatrala rješenja kako taj utjecaj demagnetizacije minimalizirati uz odabir prikladne radne točke, stabilizacijom, magnetiziranjem i nekim konstrukcijskim rješenjima. U opisu konstrukcije prikazane su neke od konstrukcija magnetskih polja koje se koriste za sve opisane magnete, komutacijski sklop motora i razne strukture armature. Posebno je opisana konstrukcija i podjela motora s pomičnim svitkom uz neke primjere upotrebe. Konačno, na samom kraju su razmatrana svojstva istosmjenog motora s permanetnim magnetima i navedeni su neki primjeri upotrebe.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the basic principle of operation and construction of a DC motor with permanent magnets. The materials of permanent magnets that are currently used as excitation are also explained, as well as the problem of their introduction as a way of excitation (demagnetization, loss of properties, etc.) and how the selection of magnets is performed. Solutions were then considered on how to minimize the impact of demagnetization by selecting a suitable operating point, stabilization, magnetization and some design solutions. The description of the construction shows some of the structures of field system used for all the described magnets, the motor switching assembly and various armature structures. In particular, the construction and division of a moving coil (coreless) motor with some examples of use are described. Finally, at the very end, the properties of a PMDC motor are considered and some examples of use are given.
