Abstract
Robotska kolica za praćenje linije pripadaju autonomno vođenim vozilima o čijem radu i funkciji sam pisala u ovom završnom radu. Automatski vođena vozila imaju veliku ulogu u današnjem svijetu, prvenstveno u firmama sa velikim skladištima i složenim sustavima proizvodnje. U ovom završnom radu naglasak će biti na mobilnom robotu koji se kreće po bijeloj površini i prati crnu liniju. Radi uz pomoć optičkih senzora koji su postavljeni 14mm od poda, te su međusobno paralelni radi što boljih rezultata. Senzori šalju informacije na Arduino platformu što rezultira daljnjim radom robota. Ako nijedan senzor ne detektira crnu liniju, robotska kolica se kreću unaprijed. Ako samo jedan senzor detektira crnu boju onda nastupa zakretanje kolica na tu stranu, tj. suprotan motor je uključen. U slučaju da oba senzora registriraju crnu liniju tada robotska kolica staju. Cijela konstrukcija je oblikom prilagođena za što bolje manevriranje robota po stazi, te je zbog toga dodano i pomoćno kolo kao treći oslonac, bez dodatnog opterećenja. Uz izradu robotskih kolica izrađena je i staza na kojoj je robot uspješno testiran.
Abstract (english)
Robotic trolleys for line tracking belong to autonomously guided vehicles. Automatically guided vehicles have a major role in today’s world, primarily in companies with large warehouses and complex production systems. In this bachelor thesis, the emphasis will be on a moving robot that moves on a white surface and follows a black line. Its working principle is based on the optical sensors that are placed 14 mm from the floor and they are parallel to each other for the best possible results. The sensors send information to the Arduino microcontroler board resulting with the desired robot operation. When both sensors are placed above the with surface, the robotic trolley moves forward. If only one sensor detects black, then the trolley rotates to that side, by turning the opposite motor off. In case that both sensors register a black line, then the robotic trolley stops. The entire construction is designed to make it easier to control the robot on the track, and therefore an auxiliary wheel has been added as a third support, without additional load. In addition to making robotic carts, a track was made on which the robot has been successfully tested.
