Abstract
U ovom radu su opisani koncepti i smjernice koje koriste Operatori distribucijskog sustava pri planiranju distribucijskih mreža. Definirane su različite vrste planiranja, te su određeni kriteriji po kojima je potrebo izraditi plan. Definirana je metodologija po kojoj određujemo pristup planiranju i razvoju distribucijskih mreža. U prvom dijelu rada opisana je struktura elektroenergetskih mreža. Također je razrađena strategija razvoja distribucijskih mreža te problematika ukidanja 35 kV mreža odnosno uvođenje 20 kV mreže. Na kraju rada je objašnjena implementacija Geografskog informacijskog sustava (GIS) u HEP ODS.
Abstract (english)
The outlines and directives which are used by the distribution system operators for planning distribution networks are described in this work. Many different kinds of planning are defined and the criterias for making plans are determined. The methodology for defining the approach of planning and the development of distribution networks is determined. In the first part of the work the structure of electroenergetic networks is described. Also, the strategy of the development of distribution networks and the issues about discontinuing 35 kV network and introducing 20 kV network is developed. The implementation of the Geographic information system (GIS) in HEP ODS is explaind in the end of the work.
