Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazan je način provedbe idejnog projekta strojne obrade iz zadanih ulaznih parametara. Potrebno je projektirati proizvodni sustav za obradu četiri proizvoda zadana zadatkom. Pritom je potrebno paziti na sva tehnička pravila i raditi u skladu sa metodama kojima se projektira proizvodni sustav. U radu je prikazan čitav proces projektiranja od odabira materijala za obradu, tehnološka i konstrukcijska analiza proizvoda, plan obrade dijelova, izračun vremena obrade iz kojih se dalje izračunavaju sve potrebne matrice koje služe kao podloga za grupiranje proizvoda. Proizvodi se grupiraju u grupe proizvoda s obzirom na rezultate grupiranja. Izračunata je potrebna radna snaga. Nakon grupiranja izrađeni su prostorni planovi i definiran je transportni sustav, potom su izrađeni hodogrami obrade i grafički prikaz ciklusa obrade (gantogram). U programu Arena Simulation izrađena je simulacija proizvodnog sustava.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis presents the method of implementing the preliminary design of machining from the given input parameters. It is necessary to design a production system for processing the four products assigned to the task. It is necessary to observe all technical rules and work in accordance with the methods by which the production system is designed. This paper presents the entire design process from selection of materials for processing, technological and structural analysis of products, plan of parts processing, calculation of processing time from which all necessary matrices that serve as a basis for grouping of products are further calculated. Products are grouped into product groups according to the grouping results. Workforce required is. After grouping, spatial plans were made and a transport system was defined, followed by a graphical representation of the processing cycle (gantt chart).
