Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjen je niskociklički zamor koji je se može pojaviti u korijenu zuba zupčanika prilikom cikličkog opterećenja. U uvjetima niskocikličkog zamora, naprezanje prelazi granicu tečenja te se događa akumulacija plastične deformacije koja može dovesti do loma u nešto manje od 104 ciklusa. Na osnovi eksperimentalnih rezultata provedena je analiza naprezanja pomoću metode konačnih elemenata u programskom paketu Ansys Mechanical. Materijal zupčanika je čelik 42CrMo4. Postavljeno opterećenje je djelovalo u jednoj točki i bilo je konstantno kroz cikluse. Korišten je Chaboche-ov materijalni model za opis ponašanja materijala u elastoplastičnom području. Rezultati su pokazali postojanje zaostalog tlačnog naprezanja u korijenu zuba nakon rasterećenja te akumulaciju plastične deformacije kroz povećanje broja ciklusa.
Abstract (english)
This work describes low-cycle fatigue which can occur in gear's tooth root during cyclic loading. In low-cycle fatigue regime, stress usually exceeds yield stress and plastic strain is being accumulated in subsequent loading cycles. This can lead to fatigue failure in less than 104 cycles. On the basis of experimental work, numerical analysis has been carried out using finite element method in Ansys Mechanical. Steel 42CrMo4 was chosen as gear's material. Load was acting in one point and was held constant during loading cycles. Chaboche material model was chosen to describe material response in elastic-plastic domain. Obtain results have shown the existance of residual compressive stress after unloading and the accumulation of plastic strain.
