Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je drvna biomasa. Unutar rada se vrši klasifikacija drvne biomase, opisuje njezina kemijska struktura te uporaba. Rad također daje teoretske osnove vezane za ogrjevnu vrijednost. Zatim se opisuje metodologija određivanja gornje ogrjevne vrijednosti drvne biomase pomoću Parr 1341 kalorimetra te se na temelju opisane metodologije vrši ispitivanje 4 vrste drvne biomase: čempres, bijeli grab, bukva i pelet. Konačno, rezultati mjerenja se analiziraju te uspoređuju s onima dostupnima u literaturi.
Abstract (english)
The main subject of this paper is woody biomass. This paper discusses woody biomass classification, it's chemical structure and usage. Furthermore, the paper provides theoretical fundamentals regarding the heating value. Moreover, methodology for determining higher heating value of woody biomass by using Parr 1341 calorimeter is described and 4 different wood species undergo examination: cypress, white hornbeam, beech and pellet. Finally, the results of the experiments are analysed and compared to the results available in the techincal litterature.
