Abstract
Ovim radom se ukazuje na važnosti štanci u industriji. Štance pripadaju velikoj grupi specijalnih alata koji služe za obradu materijala rezanjem i oblikovanje, a da pri tome ne nastaje strugotina. Štancama se mogu obrađivati metali i nemetali. Samim korištenjem štanci u masovnoj proizvodnji dovodi se do smanjenja troškova proizvodnje. Ovaj rad u praktičnom dijelu obuhvaća proračun i konstrukciju slijednog alata. Pri konstrukciji slijednog alata napravljena je analiza izratka u pogledu tehnologičnosti, vrste materijala, ekonomičnost.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows the importance of stamping in the industry. Stampings belong to a large group of special tools that are used for processing materials by cutting and shaping, without leaving shavings. Metals and non-metals can be machined with stampings. The very use of stampings in mass production leads to a reduction in production costs. This work in the practical part includes the calculation and construction of the progressive die. During the construction of the progressive die, the analysis of the workpiece was made in terms of manufacturability, type of material and economy.
