Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema toplinske obrade strojnog dijela LH.20-DT.74, odnosno postupak cementiranja tog dijela. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je postupak toplinske obrade i fazne pretvorbe u mikrostrukturi čelika koje se javljaju za vrijeme obrade. Također opisani su osnovni postupci obrade čelika, te postupak obrade čelika cementiranjem i ispitivanje tvrdoće. Na kraju rada je uz praktičan primjer opisana toplinska obrada cementiranja na epruvetama te ispitivanje tvrdoće.
Abstract (english)
This thesis discusses the topic of heat treatment of LH.20-DT.74 machine part or the process of carburizing of that part. The first part of the paper describes the process of heat treatment and phase transformation in the microstructure of steel that occur during processing. The basic procedures of steel processing, as well as the process of steel processing by carburizing and its hardness testing are also described. The last part of this thesis describes carburizing heat treatment of test tubes and it also offers a practical example.
