Abstract
Diplomski rad obraduje implementaciju brzine površinskog sloja mora izazvanog vjetrom u 3D modelu strujanja Programskog paketa otvorenog koda OpenFOAM. Obrađen je način zapisivanja podataka o stanju atmosfere te su spomenuti načini prikupljanja istih podataka. Za potrebe rada korišteni su podaci iz WRF modela i objašnjeno je korištenje prognostičkih podataka dobivenih sustavom ALADIN. Podaci su učitani u OpenFOAM rješavač pomoću rubnog uvjeta timeVaryingMappedFixedValue.
Abstract (english)
The thesis deals with the implementation of the sea surface layer velocity caused by the wind in the 3D flow model using OpenFOAM CFD software. The methods of writing atmospheric data are explaind and the methods for collecting the same data are mentioned. Data from the WRF model were used in the thesis with the explanation for the usage of prognostic data obtained by the ALADIN system. The acquired data was supplied into the OpenFOAM solver using an boundary condition timeVaryingMappedFixedValue.
