Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad obuhvaća cjelokupni proračun kombiniranog postrojenja, koji se sastoji od teorijske osnove svih komponenti kombiniranog postrojenja, odabira najbitnijih komponenata postrojenja (plinska turbina, utilizator i parna turbina), energijske i eksergijske analize postrojenja. Postrojenje se sastoji od dvije plinske turbine tipa Siemens SGT-800, dva utilizatora dimnih plinova P-108 tvrtke ZiO-Podolsk, parne turbine Siemens SST-400, kondenzatora koji za hlađenje radnog medija koristi vodu iz okoline, pumpe kondenzata, otplinjača, glavne napojne pumpe, regenerativnog zagrijača napojne vode i prigušnice. Energijskom analizom utvrđena je ukupna snaga kombiniranog postrojenja i ona iznosi 138,65 MW. Eksergijskom analizom izračunati su komponente s najvećim eksergijskim gubitcima (komora izgaranja i plinska turbina), te kako temperatura okoline utječe na eksergijski stupanj iskoristivosti pojedine komponente postrojenja. Ukupna energijska iskoristivost cijelog postrojenja iznosi 49,16%.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis covers the entire analysis of combined cycle power plant, which consists of theoretical basis of all plant components, selection of the most important components (gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine), as well as energy and exergy analysis of the plant. Combined cycle power plant, or short CCGT, consist of two gas turbines type Siemens SGT-800, two heat recovery steam generators from company ZiO-Podolsk, a steam turbine Siemens SST-400, condenser that uses ambient water to cool processing medium, condensate pump, deaerator, main pump, regenerative feed water heater and pressure reducer. Energy analysis determined that the total power of CCGT is 138,65 MW. The exergy analysis is used to determine components with highest exergy losses (combustion chamber and gas turbine) and how exergy efficiency changes with ambient temperature for each individual component of the plant. Total energy efficiency for entire combined cycle power plant is 49,16%.
