Abstract
U ovome radu opisane su neke od strukturnih karakteristika čelika te faznih pretvorbi koje se u njemu događaju u određenim uvjetima. Svojstvo prokaljivosti te metode kojima se ona ispituje glavno su mjerilo za provođenje ovoga ispitivanja te im je s time i posvećena veća pažnja. Također opisano je svojstvo tvrdoće materijala i metode ispitivanja tvrdoće. Korištenjem softverskog paketa Ansys, odnosno njegovog modela Fluent simulirano je ohlađivanje zadanog strojnog dijela IP.20-DS.95 u svrhu dobivanja krivulja ohlađivanja. Podacima izvučenim iz krivulja ohlađivanja pomoću Jominyjevih krivulja izvršeno je određivanje odnosno procjena tvrdoće u zadanim točkama na promatranoj osovini.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis are described some of steel structural characteristics and phase transformations that occur under certain conditions. Properties such as hardenability, and the methods by which it is tested are the main criteria for conducting this test, and therefore more attention has been paid to that part of thesis. The hardness property and hardness testing methods are also described and illustrated. Using the Ansys software package, ie its Fluent model, the cooling of the given machine part IP.20-DS.95 was simulated for the purpose of obtaining the cooling curves. Data extracted from the cooling curves, using the Jominy curves, were used to estimate and determine the hardness at given points on the observed axle.
