Abstract
U ovom radu govori se o planetarnim prijenosnicima, brodskim osovinskim generatorima te načinu njihova upravljanja kao i podjeli sustava koji ih koriste. U prvom dijelu rada teoretski je opisan način rada, prednosti i nedostaci te vrste sustava brodskog osovinskog generatora. U daljnjem tijeku rada detaljnije se obrađuje prijenosnik brodskog osovinskog generatora sa hidrauličkom regulacijom te svim pripadajućim komponentama. Napravljen je proračun svih komponenti sustava kao i njihova provjera. Nakon proračuna napravljeni su sklopni nacrt sustava kao i radionički nacrti pojedinih komponenti u sklopu programskog paketa AutoCAD. Cilj ovog rada bio je konstrukcija cjelokupnog sustava za zadane ulazne podatke te zahtjeve kojima on treba udovoljiti.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with planetary gears, marine shaft generators, how they work and systems which use them. The first part of the paper theoretically describes advantages and disadvantages and types of marine shaft generators. In the further course of the paper, transmission of the marine shaft generator with its hydraulic regulation is described in detail. Also, calculations of all system components are made, as well as their review. After calculations, 2D drawing of assembly was made in AutoCAD software along with 2D drawings of individual parts. The main purpose of this work was design of a complete system based on input data and the requirements that it must meet.
