Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu navedene su i opisane razne izvedbe i dijelovi pužnih transportera i njihov princip rada. Ujedno, projektiran je pokretni pužni transporter za transport raznih vrsta žitarica u dva slučaja: prvi slučaj je u horizontalnoj izvedbi, dok je drugi slučaj sa mogućnošću nagiba do 50°. Pužni transporter je projektiran s jednim ulazom materijala i dva izlaza materijala. Prema izvršenom proračunu u programu Microsoft Excel, gdje je bilo moguće odabirale su se standardne dimenzije pužnog transportera prema preporuci proizvođača.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis various designs and parts of screw conveyors and their working principle are listed and described. A mobile screw conveyor has been designed for the transport of many types of cereals in two versions: first version of mobile screw conveyor is horizontal, while the second version is inclined with possibility of inclination up to 50°. The mobile screw conveyor is designed with one material inlet and two material outlets. Based on the calculation of parameters of screw conveyor which has been done in Microsoft Excel, the standard parts of screw conveyor were chosen by manufacturer's recommendation.
