Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje, kako dizajnirati sustav koji koristi robotski manipulator ABB IRB120 i Festo DHPS-20-A paralelnu pneumatsku hvataljku u ugostiteljstvu za točenje gaziranih pića. Cjelokupni proces prvo je simuliran u RobotStudio, a nakon toga implementiran na robotu u stvarnom okruženju. U uvodu smo objasnili zadatak koji robot mora izvesti, nakon čega smo odlučili koje se čaše i boce koriste, odatle smo počeli modelirati sustav. Modeli su dizajnirani u SolidWorksu, a dijelovi koji se koriste u radnom prostoru i na manipulatoru su izrađeni pomoću Creality 3D CR-10S Pro V2 printera.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis describes how to design a system that uses ABB IRB120 robotic manipulator and Festo DHPS-20-A pneumatic parallel gripper in catering to pour carbonated drinks. In the introduction, we explained the task that a robot has to perform, after that we decided what glasses and bottles are used and from there, we began to model the system. The whole process was first simulated in RobotStudio and after that implemented on the robot in a real-world environment. Models were designed in SolidWorks and parts that are used in the workspace and on the manipulator were 3D printed using a Creality 3D CR-10S Pro V2 printer.
