Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je razvoj bicikla kao prijevoznog sredstva, te je potom izvršena podjela na glavne tipove bicikla. Nadalje, navedeni su njegovi dijelovi s opisanom ulogom i načinom rada. Potom su istraženi razni materijali korišteni u proizvodnji, opisana su njihova svojstva i primjena u biciklizmu. Uslijedila je razrada proizvodnje okvira bicikla, ovisno o korištenoj tehnologiji i materijalima. Analizirane su mogućnosti recikliranja biciklističkih dijelova i pripadni... More postupak, od rastavljanja starog bicikla do kraja procesa recikliranja ovisno o materijalu. Sljedeći korak bio je opisati biciklističku opremu i navesti materijale od kojih se proizvodi. Glavna tema biciklističke opreme ovog rada su materijali kacige i tekstila korištenog za masovnu proizvodnju. Opisana je problematika polimernih materijala i nabrojana su alternativna rješenja. Opisana potreba i ponuđena rješenja za održivim materijalim i proizvodnjom potkrijepljena su primjerima uspješnih proizvođača i kvalitetne ponude. Less
Abstract (english)
This final paper is presenting the development of the bicycle as a mean of transport. Bicycles are divided into main types. Furthermore, its components are listed with the described mode of operation. Then are investigated various materials used in production with its properties and application followed by an elaboration of the bicycle frame production, which depends on the technology and used materials. The possibilities of recycling bicycle parts were analyzed from the beginning... More with dissembling of an old bicycle to the end of the process which depends on the material of the bicycle. Also, the restoration of a bicycle is described to improve performance and extend its service and life. Next part of this final paper is a description of cycling equipment and materials from which is made. The main focus is on helmets and textile used for mass production. Then the polymeric materials problem is described with alternative solutions for their use. Afterwards, described is supported by examples of successful manufacturers and quality offer. Less
