Abstract
Ovim radom predloženo je novo, dimenzijski prilagodljivo konstrukcijsko rješenje držača mobitela u automobilima. Analizirana su postojeća rješenja te su njihove prednosti i nedostatci uvažavani prilikom razvijanja novog koncepta. Planirana je izrada držača mobitela metodom 3D ispisa te su u skladu s time dane smjernice za ispravno oblikovanje proizvoda izrađenih ovom metodom. Proizvod se izrađuje od polimernih materijala te je dan kratak opis njihovih svojstava koji su značajno utjecali na sam razvoj ove tehnologije. Kvaliteta i funkcionalnost proizvoda uvelike ovisi i o uređaju na kojem se on izrađuje te je predstavljen korišteni model 3D printera, Original Prusa i3 MK3S sa svojim karakteristikama. Uzimajući u obzir sve preporuke i smjernice izrađena je nacrtna dokumentacija novog koncepta kao i sam nosač, koji odgovara većini mobilnih uređaja.
Abstract (english)
This work presents a new, dimensionally adjustable solution for a mobile phone holder in cars. Several existing solutions have been analyzed, with their pros and cons to be respected while developing a new concept. The making of the phone holder would be by 3D printing and therefore certain recommendations for correct shaping of the product have been given. The product is made out of polymer materials whose properties are shown and have contributed in developing this technology. The quality and functionality of the product highly depend on the machine which is used in making, so the model of the 3D printer which was used, Original Prusa i3 MK3S is introduced with its characteristics. Noting all the recommendations and guidelines, the draft documentation for the new concept has been made, as well as the phone holder, and it suits for most mobile phones.
