Abstract
Prva tema ovog rada bila je analiza Hardy Cross metode i proračun cjevovoda pomoću iste. Numerički i pomoću AFT Fathom softvera proračunat je jednostavan cijevni sustav. Druga tema ovog rada je rashladni sustav termoelektrane Rijeka. U 4. poglavlju opisani su elementi sustava. Nakon toga, u softveru Fathom napravljena je shema rashladnog sustava. U prvom slučaju rashladni sustav je radio s jednom uključenom pumpom. S obzirom da se sustav sastoji od dvije paralelno spojene pumpe, bilo je potrebno dobiti rezultate protoka i padova tlaka kada su obje pumpe uključene. Za vrijeme rada obje pumpe, protok i visina dobave su se povećali. Rashladni sustav kao mediji koristi morsku vodu. Zbog svojih specifičnih svojstava uzrokuje velike gubitke energije stoga je bilo potrebno napraviti simulaciju sa smanjenim gubitcima. Smanjenje gubitaka djelovalo je povoljno na sustav i dovelo je do povećanja protoka te smanjenja dobavne visine pumpe.
Abstract (english)
The first topic of this paper is the analysis of the Hardy Cross method and calculation of pipelines using it. A simple piping system was numerically calculated and also analysed using AFT Fathom software. Another issue is the cooling system of the Rijeka thermal power plant. Chapter 4 describes the elements of the system. Afterwards, a diagram of the cooling system was made in the Fathom software. In the first case, the cooling system worked with one pump on. Since the system consisted of two pumps connected in parallel, it was necessary to get the results of flow and pressure drops when both pumps were switched on. During the procedure of both pumps, the flow and the flow rate increased. The cooling system uses seawater as a medium. Due to its specific properties, it causes large energy losses. It was necessary to make a simulation when the losses were reduced. The reduction of losses had a beneficial effect on the system and caused an increase in flow and a reduction in the delivery head of the pump.
