Abstract
U završnom radu je odrađena rekonstrukcija modela privodeće lopatice kroz proces reverzibilnog inženjerstva. Dobivene lopatice, dva različita modela, su najprije skenirane na zasebnim sustavima skeniranja, Shining Einscan-Pro i Atos Triple Scan. Nakon toga se pristupilo popunjavanju nedostataka Mesh modela istih pomoću software-a Atos Professional. Sljedeći korak je bio izrada CAD modela skeniranih lopatica. Za lopaticu skeniranu Shining Einscan-Pro sustavom imali smo nacrt te smo iz... More njega izvukli sam CAD model, dok za lopaticu skeniranu Atos Triple Scan sustavom nismo. Za nju smo morali izvlačiti dimenzije iz skeniranog modela korištenjem posebnih naredbi Atos Professional software-a. Nakon dobivenih dimenzija nacrtan je model iste što je omogućilo prijelaz na sljedeći korak. Usporedba dimenzija Mesh-a i CAD modela se također vršila u gore navedenom software-u. Abstract (english)
In this thesisi, the reconstruction of the model of the guide vane through the reverse engineering process is conducted. The given vanes, two different modes, were first scanned in separate scanning systems, Shining Einar-Pro and Atos Triple Scan. Subsequently, filling the holes in the Mesh model was done by means of the Athos Professionals software packgae. The next step was to create a CAD model of a scanned vane. For the guide vane, scanned by Shining EinscanPro system, we had a... More blueprint and we pulled the CAD model out of it while for the model scanned by the Atos Triple Scan System we did not. Hence, we had to extract the dimensions from the scanned model using specific commands of the Atos Professional Software. Once the dimensions were obtained, a model is drawn as it was needed for the transition to the next step. The comparison between the dimensions of the Mesh and the CAD model also occurred in the above software. The comparison is illustrated by the diagram showing the deviations of the level of uniformity, the cylindricity, and the deviation of the dimensional tolerances. Less
