Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi trodimenzionalnim snimanjem rotora vodne turbine optičkim 3D skenerom. Polazi od teorijske pozadine razvoja i funkcioniranja vodnih turbina, specifično Francisove turbine koja je bila u fokusu rada. Nakon teorijskog utemeljenja, prelazi se na snimanje lopatice rotora, koje je izvršeno ATOS II Triple Scan skenerom, da bi se kasnije dobivene slike spajale u model te isti obrađivao u GOM Inspectu i Solidworksu. Rezultat rada jest krajnji model lopatice turbine koji će se koristiti za analizu utjecaja kavitacije na samu lopaticu.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the 3D scanning of the Francis' turbine runner i.e. it's runner blade. It opens with a theoretical background of the historical development and functioning of the water turbines, more specifically, Francis turbine, which is the center piece of this paper. The theoretical background is followed by 3D scanning itself, using the ATOS II Triple Scan, and finally by editing of the runner blade's model in GOM Inspect and Solidworks. The final result is a fully edited model of the runner blade, which can later be used for further analysis and testing of the cavitation effects on the aforementioned.
