Abstract
Opisan je postupak izrade frekvencijskog moduliranog PLL radio odašiljača i svih njegovih dijelova. Analizira se princip rada svih komponenata te postupak lemljenja i sastavljanja rada. Nakon što smo odabrali dijelove sklopa dizajnirali smo shemu, a potom i tiskanu pločicu koja je ispunjava zahtjeve. Lemljenje svih dijelova na gotovu tiskanu pločicu napravljeno je pomoću lemilice na vrući zrak te nakon programiranja mikrokontrolera sklopa izvedeno je ispitivanje ispravnosti njegovog rada. Tim pristupom vidi se problematika dizajniranja i izrade elektroničkih sklopova te posebno naglašena kompleksnost Radio-frekvencijske komunikacije koju u današnje vrijeme uzimamo zdravo za gotovo.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the process of making a frequency modulated PLL radio transmitter and all of its parts. The principle of operation of all components are analyzed. After selecting the parts, we designed the scheme and circuit board as was required in the 3. section. Soldering of the components was done using a hot air soldering station. After programming the microcontroller, a test of the correctness of its operation was performed. The approach of this paper shows the problem of designing and manufacturing electronic circuits and especially the complexity of RF communication, which in today's modern world we take for granted.
