Abstract
U radu su prezentirane osnovne karakteristike laserske i CNC tehnologije, te izvedba stolne CNC laserske gravirke. Pokrivena su sva područja kod izrade jednog ovakvog stroja, od jednostavne mehaničke konstrukcije preko elektronike i motora do programskog upravljanja. Ovakvi strojevi su postali financijski veoma dostupni te njihova višestruka iskoristivost samo pridonosi tome. Verzija stroja iz ovog rada pripada razredu jednostavnijih i jeftinijih strojeva, ali to ne umanjuje njegovu... More funkcionalnost. Koristeći staru CNC glodalicu i nove komponenta kao što su upravljačka ploča, poluvodički laser s regulacijom snage te računalo s upravljačkim softverom uspijeli smo složiti funkcionalnu CNC lasersku gravirku. Iako je možemo koristiti samo za mekše materijale tj. nemetale princip slaganja nije puno drugačiji od ozbiljnijih strojeva. Na tržištu postoje mnoge slične izvedbe s kojima možemo usporeĎivati naš stroj ali takoĎer postoje i velik broj ovakvih strojeva kućne radinosti. Less
Abstract (english)
In the first part of this paper are presented the basic characteristics of laser and CNC tehnology. Then in the second part we are dealing with problems of assembling a table CNC laser engraver. All parts of the assembly of this engraver are covered, from electronics to motors and software. This machines have become financially available because of their multiple roles in production. This version of the machine belongs to one of the simplest and cheapest but does not degrade its... More functionality. By using an old CNC milling machine and new components like controller, diode laser with a power regulator and a personal computer containing a suitable software we have completed a functional CNC laser engraver. Engraver can be used only on softer,non-metal materials but it is not too different than proffesional machines..
