Abstract
Uz izradu samog 3Dpisača, fokus ovog rada je objašnjenje samih postupaka izrade istog. Rad opisuje sastavne dijelove stroja, te metode izrade ili modifikacije istih. Rađen je na temelju Arduino razvojne pločice, koju pogoni Atmel Atmega2560mikrokontroler. Uz Atmegamikrokontroler, korištena je Ramps1.6+ ploča s MOSFET sklopkama. Na Rampsploču instalirani su TMC 2208 upravljačke pločice koračnih motora. Uz koračne, korišteni su i obični DC motori s kontinuiranom vrtnjom, u PID regulacijskom krugu također upravljanom Atmegamikrokontrolerom, no sada u verziji Atmega328Ps dva motora (Arduino Nano). Svaki motor ima svoju upravljačku petlju. Izrađen je grijač pomoću žica grijača e-cigareta, te je napravljena analiza rada grijača, i on je optimiziran da radi s maksimalnom snagom. U radu je dan uvid rada Z osi, koračnih motora, sklopki, upravljačkog kruga pojedinih motora kako i rad samih motora. Na posljetku, prikazani su proizvodi proizvedeni na samom stroju te je ispitana njihova kvaliteta.
Abstract (english)
Besides the process of making a 3D printer, the focus of this paper is to review methods used in the process. It describes the essential parts of the machine and its modification. It was build based on the Arduino development board, which is powered by Atmel Atmega 2560 microcontroller. Along with AtmegauC, Ramps 1.6+ board is used, which is based mostly on MOSFET switches. TMC 2208 stepper drivers were installed on the Ramps board. Besides this type of motors, basic brushed DC motors were used, in the PID regulation loop, also powered by Atmega, but version Atmega328P (Arduino Nano). There is a total of two brushed motors, with each having its own control unit and regulation loop. The heat bed was a custom build from ecigarette heaters, and work principles were analyzed afterward. It was optimized so it can work at full capacity. Working principles of the Z axis, stepper motors, switches, and regulation circuits were also analyzed. At the end of the paper, models made by printer were showcased, and their quality was tested.
