Abstract
Završni rad prikazuje projekt obiteljske kuće sagrađene u mjestu Fužine. Prema nacrtnoj dokumentaciji napravljen je proračun postojećeg energetskog stanja objekta. Na temelju proračuna dobivena je godišnja potrošnja energije te je određen energetski razred objekta. Analizom pojedinih izolacijskih materijala odabran je materijal za fasadnu izolaciju, ostakljenje ovojnice te izolacijski materijal stropa. Nakon energetske obnove obiteljske kuće prikazane su uštede godišnje potrošnje energije te je odabrana oprema za novi sustav grijanja, hlađenja i pripreme potrošne tople vode koji će dugoročno smanjiti potrošnju energije korištenjem obnovljivih izvora. Prikazana je korištena oprema materijali kao i okvirne cijene potrebne za pothvat.
Abstract (english)
The final work shows the project of a family house built in Fužine. According to the draft documentation, energy certificate of the existing family house has been determined. Based on the heat loses and summer heat gains analysis, the annual energy consumption was obtained, as well as the energy class to which the facility belongs. From the analysis of some insulation materials, insulation material was selected for the facade insulation, envelope glazing, and ceiling insulation material. After the energy renovation of the family house, the savings of annual energy consumption are shown and the new equipment for the heating, cooling, and domestic hot water preparation system is selected, which will reduce energy consumption in the long run by using renewable sources. Finally, the equipment and materials for energy renovation are shown combined with investment value estimation.
