Abstract
Analizirano je bipolarno i unipolarno diferencijsko pojačalo. Bipolarno diferencijsko pojačalo sastavljeno je od dva bipolarna tranzistora, kolektorskih otpora, emiterskog otpora i napona napajanja. Izvedene su i izračunate formule za određivanje parametara statičke radne točke, te formule za pojačanja bipolarnog diferencijskog pojačala. Unipolarno diferencijsko pojačalo sastoji se od dva unipolarna tranzistora, uvodnog otpora, odvodnih otpora i napona napajanja. Izvedene su i izračunate formule za određivanje vrijednosti parametara statičke radne točke, te formule za pojačanja unipolarnog diferencijskog pojačala. U simulacijskom programu provedena je simulacija bipolarnog diferencijskog pojačala. Usporedbom matematičkog modela i simulacije može se zaključiti da je analiza uspješno provedena.
Abstract (english)
Bipolar and unipolar differential amplifier was analysed. Bipolar differential amplifier is composed of two bipolar junction transistors, collector resistors, emitter resistor and a supply voltage. Formulas for determining the values of the parameters of the stiatic operating point were derived and calculated, and formulas for determing the amplification of the amplifier. Unipolar differential amplifier is composed of two unipolar transistors, source resistor, drain resistors and a supply voltage. Formulas for determining the values of static operating point parameters and formulas for unipolar differential amplifier amplifications were derived and calculated. In the simulation program, a simulation of a bipolar differential amplifier was performed. By comparing the mathematical model and the simulation, it can be concluded that the analysis was successfully performed.
