Abstract
Zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je isprojektirati tehnološki proces za proizvodnju ležajne prirubnice u količini od 15000 kom/god. Radom su obuhvaćeni glavni dijelovi tehnološkog procesa od tehnološke analize, strukturiranja tehnološkog procesa, razrade operacija i definiranje tehnoloških dokumenata. Kroz tehnološku analizu proučen je nacrt, opisan materijal, te je proveden odabir ulaznog materijala, odnosno otkivka. Tehno-ekonomskom analizom otkivak je isplativiji jer se u odnosu na punu šipku skida manje strugotine i alati se manje troše. Strukturiranjem tehnološkog procesa u grubo je opisan redosljed operacija, označene su površine koje će se strojno obrađivati i koji strojevi će se koristiti. Razradom operacija definiraju se tehnologije obrade i režimi rada. Operacije su detaljno opisane zahvatima i skicama. Podaci koji su u ovom dijelu definirani su sažeti u tehnološkim dokumentima. Također, koriste se slike iz stvarne proizvodnje zbog lakšeg razumijevanja.
Abstract (english)
The task of this final work was to design a technological process for the production of a bearing flange in the amount of 15000 pieces per year. The paper covers the main parts of the technological process from technological analysis, structuring of the technological process, elaboration of operations and definition of technological documents. Throughout the technological analysis, the draft was studied, the material was described, and the selection of the input material with reference to the forged steel, was carried out. Technoeconomic analysis of the forging is more cost-effective because, compared to a full bar, less cutting chips is removed and tools are wearing less. By structuring the technological process, the sequence of operations is roughly described, the areas that will be machined and which machines will be used are marked. The elaboration of operations defines processing technologies and cutting data. The operations are described in detail in procedures and sketches. The data defined in this section are summarized in the technological documents. Also, images from actual production are used for ease of understanding.
