Abstract
U ovom radu opisano je korištenje i funkcionalnosti Nemea sustava za analizu mrežnog prometa. Opisana je problematika internetske sigurnosti u okvirima poslovnih mrežnih sustava te uloga ovog sustava unutar nje. Prikazana je proces sigurnosne i općenite analize mrežnog prometa uz pomoć Nemea sustava te Knime analitičke platforme koja je u ovom slučaju korištena za vizualizaciju podataka. Opisani su svi alati korišteni tokom analize prometa, potanko su opisani korišteni moduli te funkcionalnosti Nemea sustava. Prikazan je cijeli proces od snimanja prometa do analize rezultata. Nemea sustav za analizu mrežnog prometa pokazao se kao moćan alat za internetsku sigurnost kako u privatnoj tako i poslovnoj uporabi.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the use and functionality of the Nemea system for network traffic analysis. The issue of Internet security within business network systems and the role of this system within it are described. The process of security analysis and general analysis of network traffic with the help of Nemea system and Knime analytics platform, which in this case was used for data visualization, is presented. All the tools used during the traffic analysis are described, the modules used and the functionalities of the Nemea system are described in detail. The whole process from traffic recording to analysis of results is shown. The Nemea network traffic analysis system has proven to be a powerful tool for Internet security in both private and business use.
