Abstract
Ovaj rad govori o sustavu za sporo pokretanje dizel motora te planetnim i pužnim prijenosnicima. Uvodni dio rada objašnjava na koji način se pokreću veliki dizel motori te daje osnovne informacije o planetnim i pužnim prijenosnicima. U nastavku je opisan postupak odabira pogonskog elektromotora prema poznatim ulaznim podacima. Nakon toga slijedi projektni proračun pužnog prijenosa i dvostupanjskog planetnog prijenosa. Određene su dimenzije zupčanika u reduktoru i obavljen je kontrolni proračun svih opterećenih dijelova konstrukcije. Nakon projektnog i kontrolnog proračuna reduktora, izvršen je odabir svih dodatnih elemenata reduktora poput ležajeva i uložnih pera. U programskom paketu AutoCAD izrađen je sklopni nacrt pužno-planetnog reduktora kao i odgovarajući radionički nacrti nekih komponenti.
Abstract (english)
This paper discusses the starting system for slow turning diesel engines and planetary and worm gears. The introductory part of the paper explains starting systems of large diesel engines and provides basic information about planetary and worm gears. The procedure for selecting the electric drive motor according to the known data is described next. This is followed by a design calculation of worm gear and two-stage planetary gear. The dimensions of the gears in the gearbox were determined and a control calculation of all loaded parts of the structure was performed. After the design and control calculation of the gearbox, the selection of all additional elements of the gearbox, such as bearings and inserts, was performed. In the AutoCAD software package, an assembly drawing of a worm-planetary gearbox was made, as well as the corresponding drawings of some individual components.
